My client's roots started as a small French company; they rapidly expanded into an international group driven by expertise in the automotive industry and unwavering dedication to quality, innovation, and top-tier customer service.
They are currently seeking two experienced Vehicle Warranty Administrators to join their expanding team
So, What's in this Claims Warranty Advisor role for you?
• Monday to Friday schedule - no more weekends!
• Exciting overtime opportunities

Within this Claims Warranty Advisor, your typical duties include:
• Verify and process warranty claim submissions.
• Deliver customer service support to dealer partners and authorised repairers.
• Foster and maintain relationships with main dealer workshops and authorised repairers.
• Facilitate communication between customers and repairers.
• Evaluate incoming claims via email or online channels.
• Ensure claims, capped at £700, comply with terms and conditions before authorisation or rejection.
To be considered for this Claims Warranty Advisor, you will:
• Be self-motivated, flexible, and reliable
• Have general PC skills & experience in MS Office
• Experience in policies / claims / insurance or any automotive experience will be considered.
