We are recruiting for a Heli-Admin/Steward to join our team on a permanent basis.
The details you need to know about the role before applying are:
• Utilise available resources efficiently to maintain service standards.
• Keep accommodation areas clean and hygienic.
• Perform cleaning tasks according to company procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure laundry requirements are undertaken and meets client specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of catering equipment and kitchen.
• Assist in meal preparation and service.
• Manage inventory of cutlery, crockery, and galley equipment.
• Oversee pot wash area and assist in unloading containers.
• Implement and adhere to deep cleaning program.
• Report maintenance requirements and safety concerns promptly.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Manage waste segregation in accommodation areas.
• Managing the reception service; allocation of accommodation, muster stations and lifeboat allocation Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
• Operation of personnel movements programmes to include checking of daily flights, arranging crew changes to flights
• Ensuring Vantage is accurate and up to date
• Carrying out all logistics tasks in accordance with client procedures
• Maintaining all log books and paperworkAdditional Information:
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld.
• Safely operate and maintain machinery, equipment, and materials.
• Comply with COSHH regulations for chemical use and storage.
• Contribute to process improvements through inspections.
