As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be empowered to shape your own 360 Senior desk and chart a course for rapid progression—from Team Leader to Team Manager, Senior Manager, and beyond, all the way to Director.

Here's what your role entails:
• Managing a 360 desk
• Offering expert, specialized guidance to candidates
• Target locations: WD19, SL1/SL2/SL3/SL4, TW18, TW1, UB8
• Crafting and executing effective individual business and sales plans
• Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process at an advanced level
• Setting the standard through outstanding fee performance, activity, and attitude
• Continuously expanding market intelligence
• Collaborating with the leadership team on initiatives and projects

What you need to succeed:
• Proven track record of billing success in a 360 recruitment position essential
• Passion for surpassing targets and achieving goals
• Commercial, innovative, and ambitious mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick rapport-building ability
• Self-motivation and strong initiative
• Knowledge of the Finance market (ideal but not essential)
• Above all, a desire and ambition to accelerate your career.
