They are activity looking for a visionary and highly skilled and motivated Test Development Engineer to join their team.

As a Test Development Engineer, you will showcase your brilliance and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their products through the development and implementation of advanced testing methods. Your efforts will bolster the product development strategy, driving growth and continuous improvement.

Working closely with the Projects, Production, Quality Engineering and Manufacturing Departments, you will engage in a structured development process, honing and applying your engineering expertise through hands-on learning, with a particular focus on valve testing and development processes.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

 •  A degree in Mechanical Engineering, equivalent or relevant experience
 •  Proven proficiency in materials science, stress analysis, and hands-on mechanical assembly
 •  Expertise in precision manufacturing techniques, including operation of CNC lathes, milling machines and general fabrication processes.
 •  Familiarity or hands-on experience with various engineering software tools, encompassing 2D and 3D CAD, FEA, CFD, Mathcad, and MS Office, preferably within Autodesk platforms such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and Ansys.
 •  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
 •  Effective time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion with satisfactory outcomes.

Working hours for this role are Monday - Thursday 8am to 4:30 and 8am to 1pm on Friday.
