Job Description
The key responsibilities include:
• Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance activities such as inspections
• Vendor Management to liaise with vendors and contractors as well as service providers
• Space Management
• Health and Safety + Compliance,
• Hard and Soft services management
• Courier
• Admin and adhoc - email inbox
• Budgeting
• Fire safety
• Customer service and stakeholder liaison
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
• must be well presented
• CFAM understanding
• Ability to motivate and manage staff
• Hands on attitude to fixing problems and resolving maintenance, M+E, cleaning issues.
• Ability to demonstrate innovation
• Health and Safety experience
