Are you an experienced Night Support Worker who would like to work for a values led organisation?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Support Worker with good initiative and great communication skills to join our busy and friendly team in Wakefield.
You will assist in the delivery of a stable and effective programme by the efficient delivery of the day-to-day service. You will support Clients to achieve the outcomes laid out in their Care/Support Plan and also ensure that the security of the service and its surroundings are maintained.

We have a great opportunity available for a Night Support Worker based in Wakefield on a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £24,770 per annum as well as other generous benefits which include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Key work and support clients generally within your service
• Provide personal care to identified clients
• Take an active role in the assessment and management of risk
• Maintain a clear and calm manner whilst managing client risk
• Ensure that all medication within the service is managed in line with Trust policy and procedures
• Manage client meetings and facilitate the Client Inclusion and Training representatives
• Assist in the management of the referral process within the project to achieve agreed occupancy levels
• Apply Emergency First Aid response to clients and any other person in the building/grounds
