LETTINGS COORDINATOR
PART TIME 16 to 20 hours per week
£13 per hour

Driving license preferred but not essential
Our client is a well-established, independent multi-branch sales and lettings agent currently looking to add a Lettings Coordinator to their busy lettings department based in West Bromwich
We are looking for a well-motivated, organised and committed individual with basic knowledge of property administration to join their property maintenance team
The role will involve a number of duties including;
• Liaising between landlords, tenants and service providers to organise maintenance/repairs
• Organising variety of property management tasks including; EICR’s, gas certificates and EPCs
• Providing clear communication via the telephone, face to face and email
• Ensuring all processes carried out are compliant with legislation
• Ensuring the computer system is updated with all activities undertaken
The ideal candidate will need to be;
• Professional and well presented
• Confident in communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels
• Thorough approach to all tasks undertaken with a keen eye for detail
• Positive, committed and determined with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
• Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
• Securing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fully IT literate
