Position: Qualified Estates Officer
Contract Type: Temporary
Pay: £15 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits
Location: Havering
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference within a friendly and caring organisation?
We require a Qualified Estates Officer to be responsible for providing day to day support, maintaining the site - carrying out necessary works. From routine repairs to managing facilities, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to the sites infrastructure.
You will work full time hours - in addition to being on call on a rota basis.
Requirements
• A trade skill (plumbing ideal) - NVQ Level 2 and above
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
• Experience in a Healthcare environment is ideal
