One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider predominantly hard services.Your new role
Working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hour week on a static site in Birmingham
Planned and reactive maintenance duties including, checking and carrying out minor repairs on doors, light replacements, basic joinery and carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, basic plastering / patching and other general building service maintenance duties.
Engaging with the client and the wider team.What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in a fabric or maintenance role within a commercial environment.
Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.
Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
Able to pass an Enhanced DBSWhat you'll get in return
