Sales Executive

Full Time Permanent role - office based

Monday - Friday (Apply online only)

Workplace based in Burgess Hill. Plenty of free parking on site. Office is around 15 minute walk from the mainline station.

Salary £25000 plus very good company benefits. OTE for this role is between £40000-£50000 per year

The role:

The role is a consultative, service-led sales role, specialising in the handling of leads. The individual must be able to understand the concepts behind the product offering and relate these to the prospects personal needs in a non-emotive way.

The role demands for an individual who has good previous sales experience, preferably in a cold call setting. Someone who is confident in handling objections and is results driven will thrive in this fast-paced and commission rewarded role. Intensive 1-2-1 training and induction is provided to ensure that the successful candidate can competently hold a conversation regarding this specialist product without the need for previous understanding of the product offering.

Main duties of the role include:

Present, promote and sell company services pro-actively to existing and prospective customers

Follow up all sales enquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction,
Meet/exceed call and sales targets consistently with positive and proactive attitude

Record all information on the company CRM in detail ensuring all correspondence is documented accordingly

Attend exhibitions where necessary to generate new leads

Key skills and competencies required:

Excellent sales skills along with a great phone manner

Ability to manage and prioritise work load and tasks

Attention to detail with "right first time" as a priority

Competent in the use of CRM database and in the use of Microsoft Office products

Customer oriented, results driven
