Home Care Support Worker

We're on the lookout for compassionate individuals to expand our team. Our mission is to offer tailored, person-centred care to our clients, facilitating their ability to live as independently as possible right in the comfort of their homes in Sheffield and its surroundings.

In this role, you'll be pivotal in delivering exceptional care, customising your approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client. Your responsibilities could range from:

Assisting with personal care tasks like hygiene, dressing, and bathing.
Handling household chores such as laundry, bed making, and ironing.
Preparing meals, snacks, and aiding with nutrition and hydration.
Supporting mobility, companionship, shopping, and outdoor activities.
A valid driving license and your own vehicle are indispensable for this position. While prior experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
We're committed to your growth and confidence in this role, offering comprehensive training, coaching, and support.

Successful candidates will undergo a full enhanced DBS check, covered by us, and receive staff uniforms, ID badges, and necessary equipment at no expense.

Flexible working hours are available, with shifts starting from 9am to accommodate school schedules.

Our competitive remuneration package includes:

£12.30 per hour for Monday to Friday (7am – 10pm),
£13.35 per hour for weekends,
Payment for travel time between clients and 45p per mile for mileage.

This position requires in-person work, and we're not offering sponsorship opportunities at this time.
