The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in estimating and budgeting for landmark projects, rooftop garden developments, exhibitions, and other unique and special ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for landscaping projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.
2. Project Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop comprehensive and competitive estimates.
3. High-End Landscaping Expertise: Utilize experience in high-end residential or commercial landscaping to provide valuable insights into project requirements and cost implications.
