To be considered for the position of Registered Manager there are some MUST haves:-
 •  2 years experience of managing a Children’s Home
 •  Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
 •  A willingness to undertake all necessary onboarding checks to include a DBS
 •  Be committed to work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people
