We're seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven E-commerce Marketplace Growth Manager to optimise and expand our presence on Amazon, eBay, and B&Q. If you have a proven track record of increasing sales and enhancing marketplace performance, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimise product listings on Amazon, eBay, and B&Q to maximise visibility and sales
• Continuously monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies to stay ahead
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand into international marketplaces
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare products for Prime status
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform listing optimisation decisions
• Manage a large portfolio of product listings with a keen eye for detail
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on marketplace performance
Ideal Candidate:
• 6+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management
• Track record of successfully launching products on international marketplaces
• Experience with FBA and Prime listings on Amazon
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changes
• Passionate about e-commerce and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Not Suitable For:
• Those with less than 4 years of e-commerce marketplace experience
• Candidates who lack attention to detail and cannot manage a high volume of listings
• Individuals who are not comfortable with data analysis and making data-driven decisions
