My client, a forward thinking Chartered Building Consultancy have exciting growth plans for 2024 and are looking for a Building Surveyor to come on board. The company work with some of the leading social housing providers in the UK and have strong ties with a number of the UK's largest insurance firms.
Other sectors of work will include education, Charity and Commercial.
The work is mainly concentrated in the Kent, London and Home Counties so candidates must be willing to travel to travel across these areas when required.A growing part of the business is Retrofit work so any experience in this area would be beneficial.
Person Specification:
• Degree Qualified in Building Surveying
• MRICS (or working towards)
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts
• Good knowledge of construction technology
• Experience in specification writing and contract admin
• Retrofit experience (not essential)
• Experience in the social housing sector (desireable)
• Highly organised and personable
