To work with a team of hardworking, determined, and inclusive staff.
To facilitate an individual student's needs and abilities.
To support small groups with learning and development.The Ideal Unqualified Pastoral Support Assistant Will Have:
Experience working with children with SEND/SEMH needs.
A high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
