Oldfield is an accountancy, tax advisory and business growth specialist with over 45 years’ experience in helping small to medium sized businesses achieve success, with clients around the UK.
At Oldfield, we are not just building a business, we’re cultivating a workplace that ignites passion, drives innovation, and fuels success.
Our vision is transforming the quality of life for business owners, through creating, maintaining, and growing wealth.

What makes us unique:
 •  Quality client base - over 90% of our clients are over £1m turnover and have a growth mindset.

 •  Embracing technology and systems to help you deliver and add value to clients.
 •  Dedicated client service team to plan and manage workflow and completing admin work; freeing up our accountants and advisors to do what they love doing best! Well planned workflow ensures we don’t have a January tax return rush!
 •  Supportive family culture - we’re in small teams so you feel supported, plus get exposure to more types of work.

Oldfield has built a reputation for being able to design and deliver effective corporate tax solutions that are both creative and robust. The level of expertise and ability to deliver on this significantly outstrips and outweighs both small and mid-market competitors and has become a significant driver of referral business for clients looking for the most creative and robust corporate tax solutions.
Clients love the fact that we can both create and efficiently deliver solutions, and our integrated approach to working with our legal partners is central to this. We know of no other firm in the market that can deliver an equivalent range and quality of tax solutions for our client base.

The successful Senior Tax Consultant would be joining a strong existing tax team with extensive experience in company tax planning work for OMBs, including group reorganisations, management buy outs/ins, demergers, incorporations, pension funds, property tax planning, together with a growing M&A function.
