Purpose of the Job

To secure profitable new-name business for T-Tech’s services. Selling solutions to C-Suite decision makers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1 Business Generation - New Clients:

 i.  Establish appropriate networks to generate leads and follow up on leads from other sources to create a strong pipeline of potential business

ii) Nurture prospective clients, demonstrating understanding of their business issues and relating this to the services that T-Tech provides.

iii) Work on ABM light activities to develop deep knowledge and connection with prospects.

iv) Attend events to drive new business
 v.  Assist client representatives to draft business cases to secure agreement for IT expenditure from client decision-makers

vi) Understand the market T-Tech operate in and use that knowledge to sell in a consultative manner.

vii) Work towards KPI’s based on leading and lagging metrics (call activity, touch points, meetings, closure).

b Prepare sales bids and requests for information, liaising with the presales specialists

c Manage sales cycles, including giving presentations, holding individual meetings with key stakeholders, conducting commercial negotiations with support from the commercial team, and closing business.

d Respond and coordinate RFP responses.

e Achieve new business revenue and profit targets.

2 Client Take-On

a Work proactively with designated Account Manager to conduct a smooth handover with in the first month of a new client’s contract being signed, quickly building up good customer relations and knowledge of the customer’s issues

b Liaise with the projects team and service desk to plan the take-on work, liaising appropriately with the client.

c Have check point calls and seek referrals/case studies at appropriate times.

3 Common Responsibilities:

a Maintain up-to-date and accurate prospect, pipeline, contracts and quotation records.

b Work collaboratively with team members

c Participate fully in company-wide initiatives

d Undertake other duties as may reasonably be requested by management
