Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Analytics Manager, you will be a key player in elevating the knowledge in understanding the drivers of our ecommerce performance, customer behaviour and retail media to uncover opportunities for improvement and growth.
This role is focussed not only on reporting & data management, but most importantly providing insight that drives and influences actionable changes that drives our performance.

We believe that a hybrid, flexible working approach offers you – and your colleagues – the best of both worlds. Face-to-face collaboration is an integral part of our warm, friendly culture, so you’ll work from our head office three days a week, working flexibly around our core working hours of 10am-3pm.
Beyond that, how, when and where you work is up to you. With a subsidised canteen, free parking and a comfortable, relaxed environment, we’ve worked hard to build an office you’ll want to work in. We also know that, when it comes to school pick-ups and home deliveries, it’s nice to have the flexibility to do both.

 •  Proactively seek to solve complex business problems/challenges through data analytics and insights
 •  Empower stakeholders through ad-hoc analyses using BigQuery, SQL, Power BI, and GA4
 •  Drive data-led optimisation; Leverage digital data to optimize key business areas, from marketing to merchandising, with clear action recommendations
 •  Foster data-first mindset; Collaborate with stakeholders to embed data-driven decision making across all digital activities championing a change to a data led culture
 •  Proactively monitor market trends, analyse competitor performance, and share insights & recommendations to inform strategy and drive positive performance.
 •  Tool mastery & advocacy; become the E-commerce team's analytics power user, promoting tool awareness and capability
 •  Forecast & budget ecommerce performance by utilising existing data and insight
 •  Prioritise & quantify impact of new tech developments; Calculate incrementality and build data-driven business cases to prioritize ecommerce development/feature opportunities
 •  Recommend and help implement data tagging strategies to unlock deeper insights and inform future decisions

Qualifications:
