Tradewind is currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Secondary Learning Support Assistant in Wilmslow.
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Pay: £85 - £95 per day
Start Date: ASAP

About the role:
Provide classroom support to students
Assist with managing classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers to implement effective teaching strategies
Offer 1:1 support to students with diverse learning needs
Provide pastoral care and support as requiredTo be successful in joining Tradewind and in this role, you will need:
Previous children-based work experience, as a learning support assistant or transferrable child-based work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to supporting student development and well-being
Understanding of the UK Schools curriculum
Have an enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for a new one)
