The role

As a Product Manager at Wolf & Badger you will lead one of our mission-led, cross-discipline squads. Our squads are each aligned to a different customer-centric mission and to our core business metrics. Each squad includes Engineering, Design and QA to ensure they have the range skills they need to succeed.

You will:

 •  Use business OKRs and insights to define and execute an iterative product roadmap
 •  Speak to our brands to understand the problem space and design better solutions
 •  Communicate the squad priorities and progress to stakeholders across the business
 •  Monitor key success metrics and identify long-term trends
 •  Ensure we maintain velocity and deliver high-quality product
 •  Help to define and iterate the agile processes for your squad
 •  Work with the VP of Product to define and influence the wider product strategy
 •  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

 •  You are reflective and create considered ‘insight loops’, ensuring as a product and tech function we are always learning from everything we do and baking that learning into our future developments
 •  You are not just comfortable with data but excited to get your hands on it and really use it to understand complex problems. You can explore a problem space using your initiative and highlight the potential opportunity areas to your immediate team and wider business

 •  You will have excellent communication at all levels - be able to motivate squads with clear priorities, productively debate with stakeholders and build long-lasting relationships with external suppliers
