Swift Temps are recruiting on behalf of a UK Manufacturing leading client for an experienced FLT Drivers this is an excellent chance for a Counterbalance driver to join a company that offers solid opportunities for personal development and internal progression.
Monday-Friday 8.15am – 4.45pm
£12.00ph / Great overtime rates £18.00ph
The day-to-day responsibilities for a Forklift Driver will be:
• Driving a Counterbalance Forklift.
• Reading pick sheet paperwork.
• Packing orders that have been picked ready for distribution.
• General housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Unloading containers of goods
• Other general warehouse duties.
• The requirements for a Forklift Driver will be:
• A Valid, up – to – date Counterbalance Forklift License.
• Previous experience in a Warehousing environment is essential.
• A high degree of accuracy will be needed to ensure the correct item are picked.
• Be willing and able to work overtime as and when needed.
• Picking orders in a slow-paced work environment.
This role is on a temporary – permanent with the potential for a permanent position for outstanding candidates after the completion of a 10-week period
