Property Maintenance Co-ordinator - Canterbury
Office based role - Monday - Friday
£25,000 - £27,000 DOE
We are looking to recruit for our client a Maintenance Co-ordinator for a Residential Lettings and Property Management company. The role works in conjunction with the Property Manager and Administrator looking after the maintenance of managed properties in the Private Rented Sector (PRS)
This is a full-time on-site role for an organised, process driven person who enjoys a high volume of work. The Maintenance co-ordinator is responsible for responding to maintenance requests, providing excellent customer service to tenants and property owners, and coordinating with contractors for property repairs and updates.
Property experience is preferred but not essential, but an understanding of the property industry will be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Solid problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of property management and lease agreements
Knowledge of relevant legislation for landlords and tenant
