Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small group activities and interventions to support the learning needs of individual students.
• Contribute to the planning, preparation, and assessment of lessons under the guidance of teaching staff.
• Assist with the management of classroom behavior, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilize your expertise to support pupils with special educational needs, including those with EHCPs.
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create effective learning strategies and resources.

Requirements:
