Job Title: Cover Coordinator

Pay Range: £100 - £125 per day
Prospero Teaching is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated full-time Cover Coordinator to lead classrooms and organise any sickness cover for a Secondary School in Liverpool. This role is temporary to permanent, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about education to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise cover for any absence across the school.
Lead and manage classrooms during teacher absence.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively.
Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
Uphold good order and discipline within the classroom.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor.
Open to applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), Graduates, and experienced Class Leaders.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to adapt to various subjects and year groups.
Hold Right to Work in the UK.
Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to initiate a new application.
Provide two professional child-related references.Benefits:
