Heels & Brogues Recruitment are working with a world known client who is looking for a Technical Field Trainer to join their dynamic team.
Job Description: Technical Trainer
Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 (DOE)
Supplementary bonus: Annual 5%
Location: Uxbridge

• Full training supplied although must have previous experience in electrical and engineering from previous employment.
Brief Description of the role for Technical Trainer:
• Develop and maintain technical training induction programs for new employees.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Engineers and Service Managers to understand team training requirements and provide support.
• Ensure consistent high-quality training across the team in coordination with the Technical team.
• Maintain technical familiarity with new and existing equipment to support training requests and offer guidance to field engineers.
• Liaise with Service partners and deliver relevant training to ensure a high level of service.
• Continuously seek efficiencies and improvements in all training programs as a Technical Trainer.
• Deliver high-quality training, update training records, and report progress to the line manager.
• Conduct continuous assessment of training needs and evaluate training programs.
Requirements of the Job Holder for Technical Trainer:
• Proven experience in technical training.
• Working knowledge of planning and delivering training programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Calm demeanor with a strong desire to learn and share knowledge.
• Must be located within an hour commute from Uxbridge.
• Full driving license.
Additional Tasks/Special Tasks for Technical Trainer:
• Drive, develop, and maintain bespoke training programs to meet all technical training requirements.
• Overtime may be required for travel to and from meetings, ad-hoc overnight meetings and trainings, ensuring team cohesion and support.
• Overtime payments for 1 in 12 weekend technical phone support to engineers and customers
