JOB OVERVIEW:
Thorpe Acre Junior School is looking for a passionate, highly skilled, full-time teaching assistant to work with children with SEND, either individually, or as part of small groups, to deliver academic, pastoral and behavioural support, whilst successfully nurturing and inspiring our children.
This post will initially be within our Communication & Interaction Resource Base.
We are a vibrant and friendly school, committed to the inclusion of all children, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Our belief is that with reasonable adjustments children can meet their potential and learn alongside their peers.
Our team has a wealth of experience in SEND and support each other well.

• Hours: term time only, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm including 5 INSET days throughout the year;
