Responsibilities:
This a fast-paced environment and will involve taking ownership of several tasks and working with a high volume of data;
Monthly management accounting and creation of annual statutory accounts preparation.
Monthly P&L variance analysis and preparation of monthly reporting packs to the Senior Management team.
Assisting the Finance Manager in the creation and maintenance of the quarterly consolidation report.
Assist with year-end processes and group accounts preparation.
Perform key balance sheet reconciliation tasks.
Support with all aspects of the month end close.
Supporting on the year end audit, resolving queries with accompanying evidence etc
Undertake other projects as required.Skill set and background:
Newly qualified CIMA/ACCA Accountant.
Experience working in the property/construction industry.The benefits:
