We're a leading recruitment agency focused on providing quality staffing solutions for residential children's homes. We're currently on the lookout for a passionate Registered Manager to oversee an EBD residential children's home in Bury.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and activities within the home.
• Prioritize the well-being and safety of all residents.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
• Uphold a good or outstanding OFSTED rating for the home.
• Manage budgeting and resources effectively.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare).
• A minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience in a similar setting.
• Experience with children and young people with challenging behaviours or EBD.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• In-depth knowledge of legislation and regulations pertaining to residential children's homes.
• Proficiency in “ClearCare” or “Mentor” software is a plus.
