We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Advisor to join our team. As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Please note that this vacancy is based on site 5 days a week.
Salary: £32,500 - £35,000 per annum
Contracted hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Handle casework, including investigations, disciplinaries, appeals, occupational health, absences management, and performance management.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of current HR trends and developments.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient in data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements:
• Must have CIPD level 5 qualification or above.
• Proven minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR position - including HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, Human Resources Advisor, HRBP, HR Generalist, etc.
