Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Redditch
Salary: £24,000 Per Annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm working 37.5hrs
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a UK market leader based in their Redditch office. Our client is a family run organisation that was founded 30 years ago and offers customers full support every step of the way and also provides solutions that are tailor-made to meet customer needs.
They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and fast paced team on a permanent basis.

Day to day duties will include the following: Make daily outbound calls to ensure co-ordination with customers and installers
Receive phone calls from customers answering any general enquiries and complaints
Liaise with Project Managers
Log service calls and issues
Ensure works are completed to customers satisfactions before signing jobs off
Monitor and track status of all installs been allocated
Execute all elements of the installation process to provide extraordinary customer experience
Be the point of contact to follow-up any issues arising during installations
Undertake the collection of monies from customers related to installations
Support to ensure any outstanding works are completed within a reasonable time-period
Check and submit invoice paperwork to ensure on-time payments are made
Support in the complaints process (where applicable) to ensure complaints are closed down quickly
As an individual you will be need the following skills and experience: Excellent communication skills and customer awareness with the ability to respond with a caring & empathetic approach
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines & targets
Experience of Microsoft packages and Outlook
Previous experience of dealing with customer complaints desirable
Debt collection experience desirable
Previous experience working within an engineering or installations industry desirable
