• Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled team of care professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Residential Home Manager, ideally with experience in commissioning and managing larger homes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to drive occupancy and implement effective marketing initiatives.
• Experience in staff recruitment, training, and retention.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
