Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Location: Manchester
Calibre Search are working alongside an award-winning Manchester based Architectural practice, dedicated to high quality design and capable of delivering high value schemes in a wide variety of sectors.
We're looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist, who has the ability to oversee small teams, coordinate / delegate workflow and manage projects to be delivered on time / on budget. Experience using Vectorworks would be preferred, although on the job training can be provided.
The workload will see you predominantly large-scale residential schemes, though with the variety of workload the client is tasked with, a multi-sector background would be preferred.
