Salary: £40,000
Bonus: OTE around £45,000 per year.

Role Overview:
As a Plumbing Manager, you will oversee our team of skilled plumbers, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards of quality and professionalism. From scheduling and resource management to on-site supervision and customer relations, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our plumbing operations.
Your previous experience in growing a commercial division will be invaluable as we expand our services to new markets and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Lead and mentor a team of plumbers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate project requirements and resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of project timelines, expenses, and materials usage.
Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our services remain at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a plumber, with a strong track record of successful project management and growing commercial divisions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Valid plumbing qualification
Health and safety certification is desirable.
Full UK driving license.
