In the role, you will be the key 'go-to' point of contact for the projects team and external stakeholders, ensuring critical business documentation is meticulously managed and office operations run smoothly. You'll schedule meetings, produce reports, and handle a range of administrative tasks to support project delivery.
This role would suit an Project Coordinator looking to join a newly established company passionate about driving impactful change in the energy sector and committed to shaping a more sustainable future while progressing in their career with amazing opportunities available.
The Role:
Oversee business administration, including support for project teams and stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation databases for easy accessibility.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage external inquiries for the team.

Experienced with in IT systems, including MS Office and SAP.
Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
