What are we looking for?
Warner hotels offers unique UK breaks specialising in giving its guests a variety to choose from including, yummy food, activities like crafts and archery, to great live entertainment and relaxing spa treatments. The brand is evolving and growing, and we need a great team to go on this journey with us.
We are seeking a talented Group Facilities Manager to join our Property function at Warner Hotels. This newly created role will be responsible for providing expertise to the Hotel portfolio around facilities management, building engineering and Capex planning.
This leadership role will have overall responsibility for managing and implementing the facilities strategy for all Hotels.
What will I be doing?
Create a high performing Facilities team across the Warner estate, utilising on site management teams to improve collaboration.
Manage and utlisise the R+M, Utilities and Capex budgets across the estate.
Develop local and national partnerships to support the Hotels to maintain and operate efficiently.
Effectively collaborate with cross functional teams to manage the audit process across Health and Safety, Food Safety and Leisure.
Deliver sustainability measures and efficiencies to reduce energy usage across the Group.
Support and manage the grounds team to deliver a great guest experience and maintain a safe and secure environment.
Able to bring standardisation across the brand to benefit all stakeholders and provide leverage across the estate.
What skills do I need?
Technical ability and understanding of Facilities and FM services.
Sustainability and Energy awareness
Grounds and ground maintenance
Housekeeping function, costs, controls, and brand standards
Deliver PPM across a multi-site operation.
CAFM knowledge and implementation of systems
H&S knowledge
Good understanding of Hotel Financials
Multi-site portfolio experience
Working within Historic properties and grounds
Dependence on external partner support to react and maintain operations.
Understanding of Health and Safety compliance
Excellent technical knowledge
Previous experience with senior facilities or engineering management
