Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus company car, 28 days holiday (increasing with length of service) and additional benefits.

Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Small Works Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our small works department. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading a team of install engineers, scheduling works, monitoring site deadlines, and ensuring smooth project progress.
Your excellent communication skills and technical expertise will be instrumental in supporting and coaching team members to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate small works projects effectively.
• Monitor and control site deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members on small works progress.
• Support and coach project team members with specific tasks as needed.
• Ensure all necessary project documentation and reports are accurate and produced on time.
Qualifications/Experience:
• Previous installation experience of fire and security systems is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong technical background in fire & security systems.
• Willingness to travel as required.
