As the Events and PR Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our client’s brand presence, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events while simultaneously managing their public relations efforts. From conferences and trade shows to product launches, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organise, and execute a variety of events.
Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
Manage event promotion and communication strategies across various channels, including email marketing, social media, press releases.
Oversee the creation of compelling event collateral, including invitations, promotional materials, signage, presentations, and post-event reports.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to enhance event outcomes and sponsorship opportunities.
Develop and implement PR strategies to maintain a positive brand image and manage media relations effectively.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive PR initiatives and crisis management.
Measure and analyse the success of events and PR efforts
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to innovate event experiences and communication tactics. Qualifications and Experience:
Qualification in Public Relations, Marketing, Event management or related.
Event planning experience.
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation. Benefits:
