Permanent, full-time role available at a Special Needs School in the Medway area.
As a Teaching Assistant at Tradewind Recruitment, you'll play a crucial role in supporting pupils with ASD in their educational journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing one-on-one assistance, facilitating group activities, and creating a nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing individualised support to pupils with ASD, helping them achieve their academic and social goals.
• Assisting classroom teachers in implementing tailored learning strategies and behaviour management techniques.
• Collaborating with school staff and parents to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.
• Utilising your driving skills to reach different schools within the wider Ashford area, ensuring consistent support across various settings.

• Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career progression- we are the only agency to be partnered with the National College, giving you access to over 2000 certified CPD courses FREE of charge. Requirements:
• A genuine passion for working with children with ASD.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work effectively in diverse educational settings.
