Time Recruitment are looking to recruit a dynamic and driven Mental Health Nurse to join a private hospital ran by an innovative company who are the leaders in delivering behavioural care to over 25,000 people each year.

The company is a long-established group with a prestigious history. Over the years, they have developed an unrivalled reputation for delivering a real and lasting difference for each person who uses the service.

The role consists of the Registered Mental Health Nurse supporting both male and female patients who deal with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and other conditions. Each patient's care is personalised so that each person's journey to recover is unique using the recovery star model.

The facility has two residential options. There's a 24 bedded apartment complex which provides intensive support and rehabilitation to those who require a structured environment to progress through their recovery.

There are also 20 self-contained bungalows which allows the residents independent living with the safety of a therapeutic structure if needed offering realistic rehabilitation.

The team at this facility consists of a multidisciplinary team who cater to each individual's needs, they include psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, nurses and recovery support workers.

The Registered Mental Health nurse's duties will involve providing high quality care within a rehabilitation and recovery setting. They will also have:

 •  NMC PIN - RMN/RNLD registered
 •  Excellent team working skills
 •  A commitment to patient care
 •  The drive to push own development and learning and promote independence
