• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for hospitality projects.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying variances and addressing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate tracking of project costs.
• Assist with financial audits and compliance reviews.
• Maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the finance team in ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in finance roles, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
