This opporunity can be either part time or full-time for the right candidate!
Working hours:
It is desired that you have the flexibility to work 5 days per week, between the hours of 8.30am until 4.30pm. Days per week can be discussed at interview if you are successful.

DARWEN
Role and Key Responsibilities
(This list is not exhausive but it covers the key responsibilities)
• Work closely with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to support their learning needs
• Collaborate with the class teacher to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and track the progress of students, providing feedback to the teacher and SENCO
• Support students in developing social skills and building confidence
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere
The successful candidate
• Possess relevant, hands-on experience working with children in an Education setting
• Have a Teaching Assistant level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively with the class teacher, but take their own intuitive confidently where needed
• Be passionate about creating an enriching and stimulating environment for all pupils
• Have a great sense of humour and excellent work ethic
