Middlesbrough HUB
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 42 hours per week (between Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 and Saturday on rota 209:00 to 16:00)
Salary: Up to £28,000 OTE (including basic of £25,000 plus bonus)

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our Used Car HUB parts department. Working alongside a friendly and hard-working team of parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customer’s expectations.
As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be required to complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner and log any discrepancies of stock with the Aftersales Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
• Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop
• Ensuring all items are correctly located using efficient stock control measures
• Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
• Answering call from customers and providing excellent customer care
• Ensuring the Workshop is well-stocked with all relevant parts to maintain and repair customer vehicles
Qualifications:
You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you are able to work as part of a dynamic team as well as having the ability to work independently.
