Hotel Linen Porter
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, Shift times cover hours between 9:00am – 3:30pm
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager our Linen Porters form part of a large housekeeping team who work across both of our hotels and our brand new for 2024 Woodland Village accommodations!
As part of this awesome team, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are consistently achieved. You will assist the Housekeeping Room Attendants with maintaining guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation, always keeping guest experience as your priority.
Your main responsibility will be the collection and delivery of linen across all departments of the hotel. This is a hands-on physical role as you will be moving linens, restocking linens and towels, and pushing large laundry trolleys and cages.
You’ll also be assisting the housekeeping team with their deliveries, such as chemicals and room stock, alongside keeping track of your linen levels with clear stock counting and records.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Have experience of working as a porter or linen porter within a fast-paced hotel environment
• Comfortable to be working on your feet for long periods of time
• Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting
• Have a keen eye for detail and of course hold yourself to very high standards of cleanliness!

We are looking for Linen Porters to join our team at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. Our Resort is home to over 55 rides, live shows and attractions and is known the world over as being the ultimate LEGO® theme park experience for families with children aged 2-12 in the UK!
Set in 150 acres of parkland, LEGOLAND is home to not only the iconic theme park, but also offers two incredible LEGO themed Hotels plus the brand new Woodland Village opening in 2024! This role is based at the Windsor Resort site – which is pretty awesome if you ask us!
