Our prestigious manufacturing client is seeking a Validation Technician
Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 pa DOE
Location: Dartford
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working and flex time available
After training 2 days pw office based
Benefits: 25 days leave + BH
3% target bonus

Validation Technician main responsibilities:
• Assist to create, develop and provide support for validation and ongoing optimisation and harmonisation strategies for production scale product manufacturing related equipment.
• Assist to create process validation and equipment qualification protocols and reports (which may include FAT).
• Assist with review of qualification/validation protocols including support to global manufacturing sites.
• Assist to maintain the status of global master specifications for manufacturing equipment, and the global master manufacturing documentation for excipient blends.
• Prepare validation, stability and qualification protocols and subsequent reports.
• Assist with the evaluation & validation of raw materials from both current and new suppliers.
• Provide assistance for trials carried out with suppliers and / or customers.
• Formally stability test products containing these raw materials.
Validation Technician skills and experience:
• Education – min A level or graduate – science (chemistry), engineering
• Proven experience of validation of equipment in a manufacturing environment (medical devices, pharma, food etc)
• Knowledge and experience of excipient blend products and raw materials
• High level of computer literacy, able to write technical reports.
• Able to create, develop and provide support for validation strategies for production scale equipment.
• Able to create, execute and review process validation and equipment qualification requirements (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• (engineering, pharmaceutical)
