Drainage Night Duty Manager

Our client, a bustling reactive drainage maintenance contractor, is seeking a Night Duty Manager to oversee all nocturnal operations, ensuring adherence to client requests and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Supervising night operations and reporting to the senior management team.
• Ensuring completion of processes and paperwork to the required standards.
• Facilitating accurate communication between departments.
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors as needed.
• Participating in meetings with planners and providing input.
• Delivering timely handovers to all relevant departments.
• Liaising with engineers and management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborating within a team to manage incoming and outgoing calls.
• Meeting KPIs and providing essential administrative support for engineers operating 24/7, 365 days a year.
• Monitoring the day-to-day performance of the planning team to ensure work is scheduled according to priority and customer commitments.
• Assisting team members in resolving customer issues and minimising operational impacts.
• Ensuring proper utilisation of Big Change and Samsara systems.
• Ensuring engineer compliance with Big Change and Samsara regulations.
• Undertaking other administrative duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Hours: 19:00-05:00, Monday - Friday
Pay: £13.50 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half.
