If you're looking for a rewarding career in care, consider joining this CQC-rated 'Good' care provider!

Our primary goal is to provide the most appropriate support to individuals and families so people to remain in the comfort and familiar surroundings of their home environment, preserving their independence, dignity, and lifestyle choices after being in the hospital.

This is a new service to the area and a way for us to take the pressure off the NHS, by supporting those coming out of the hospital and ensuring they have the best support to enable them to reduce the levels of care they require.

You will be the first responder, trained to a high level, to ensure you can deliver the best possible outcomes to our clients. You will be dealing with various clients, ranging from those who just had surgery, to broken bones and recovering from an illness, by helping them set and reach their recovery goals.

The role is focused on the client’s recovery, and their end goal to lead a happy, healthy and independent life. There will be aspects of personal care (bathing, washing, toileting, medication), and motivating them daily to meet their objectives and promote their overall well-being.
As part of this, you will receive assistance from Occupational Health and Physiotherapists where required.

We have numerous full-time positions available in this role and you must be available to start immediately following recruitment checks.

To apply, you must have access to your own vehicle or transport and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications or experience are not required because we offer a free, all-inclusive training programme. This will include our standard carer training and further extensive courses in:

Reablement
Advanced risk assessment
Peg Feeding
Wound Care
Stoma Care
