Utilities Project Lead (Asset Management)
About Our Client
Our client implements large-scale infrastructure projects aimed at reducing pollution and enhancing the ecological balance of urban water systems.
Job Description
The key responsibilities include;
• Define detailed inspection and maintenance regimes based on recommendations from Asset Management
• Define and implement safety regime including emergency access and exit procedures
• Liaise and agree with partners & other parties access arrangements (including property and land access)
• Inspect assets, capture and report information to Asset Management
• Review inspection information, assess asset risk and confirm remedial actions in consultation with Asset Management
• Schedule and manage inspection and maintenance work through term contracts
• Schedule and implement repairs in response to residual and latent defects
• Capture all information, report and make short-term recommendations to Asset Management
• Develop and provide timely, high quality internal reporting as required
• Assist in the Procurement of support services as required
• Manage the use of support services
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate experience within;
Operations and maintenance, thorough understanding of underground assets, best practice inspection and maintenance approaches and procedures.
• Previous experience in Utility or Process Industry.
• Engineering qualification Degree, or similar qualification if supported by significant firsthand experience.
