We are looking for an Inventory & Quality Controller to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
• Key Responsibilities?
• Responsible for Physical and System Inventory Accuracy and Integrity
• Investigate all the Discrepancies and raise Adjustment requests accordingly
• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
• Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to the system.
• Support in GOODS-IN and GOODS-OUT and Return Operations (Pick, Pack, Put -away and Returns)
• Attend and resolve all Stock and Order related queries
• Responsible for all Data Management, make sure WMS has all the required information.
• Managing all SOPs and update regularly
• Quality Check on all Operations and provide Feedback to individuals
• Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting Internal customers.
• Co-ordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Housekeeping, and other departments
• Support in Loading and Unloading Vans/Lorries
• Lead, guid and train new and existing staff
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Considerable physical activity. May require handling of objects.
• Managing all Client's personal deliveries
Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities?
• Desirable University Degree in Mathematics, Supply Chain and at least 3 years of experience in Inventory Control, analysing data and creating reports
• Have a Full Clean Car/Van Driving Licence
• Knowledge of inventory control and Warehouse operations
• Advance knowledge of MS Office, especially MS-Excel
• Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
• Database management skills.
• Ability to analyse and solve problems.
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
• Ability to receive and Ship Orders.
• Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, including performing Counts and reconciling stock
• Initiates action to replenish stock by processing purchase orders and other related paperwork
• Receiving, unpacking, and delivering items to shelves or requesting departments
• Inspects Inbound and Outbound shipments for accuracy and completeness and resolves inconsistencies
• Performs routine clerical duties
