We are currently working with a highly successful architectural practice with a new Landscape Architect job available. The practice has recently opened a new office in Guildford and is seeking Landscape Architects with UK residential project experience to join the small but growing team.
Based in the city centre, the practice has grown from strength to strength over the last few years. They now work with several of the largest names in residential development in the UK. The practice has a portfolio that ranges from one-off bespoke homes to large-scale residential developments.
They have recently opened a new office based in Guildford. Due to this, they are now seeking a Landscape Architect to help deliver landscape-led masterplans and development projects for national and regional housebuilders across England.
Role & Responsibilities
Working directly under the Landscape Director
Supporting the delivery of landscape planning and design projects
Preparing landscape design drawings including masterplans, hard and soft landscape drawings and details
Visting site and site photography
Production of LVIA-related baseline plans
Preparing or contributing to reports and written work, including landscape assessments and Design and Access Statements
Working with internal teams.Required Skills & Experience
Charted member of the landscape institute (Would consider those on the pathway with relevant experience)
Possess a minimum of 3 years experience of working on UK projects
Experience with UK residential projects would be highly desirable
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field
Skill in the use of AutoCAD and adobe suite
Strong design and technical ability.What you get back
